ok, so here is my week 1 and a bit update! day 1: 0lb day 2: -1.2lb day 3: -1.6lb day 4: -0.6lb day 5: -1.4lb day 6: -1.2lb day 7: -0.1lb day 8: -0.5lb day 9: -1lb day 10: -2lb Total lost: 7.6lb (eeee half a stone!) I'm already 1/5th of the way towards my goal of 2 and a half stone! Though I aim to cut out as much sugar as I can permanently as well as carbs...and meat! Day 7/8 is down to my not drinking nearly enough water and I suspect day 10 might be due to the fact that I had a VERY upset tummy. Today was my first vegetable day. I had what felt like my first 'real' meal! Roast beef, mashed swede and brocolli! yum! (and stir fry for lunch!) salad and cold beef tomorrow! I cant WAIT to fit into that wretched dress that I paid £180 for and only got to wear once!!
