Cant Eat Anything

Weight loss diary using the Dukan diet.
This is my first diet and I'm determined not to let it fail.
Almost 3 stone lost in the first 3 months.
My goal is to be dead in the middle of my BMI.

Still, I can't wait to become a vegetarian as soon as this is over!
